Back-up Servicing:

As Back-up Servicer, ACFI acts as a stand-by servicer on a group or pool of loans in the event the primary or Master Servicer of the loans is unable to perform its normal duties for any reason.

To prepare itself for a smooth transition in the event the primary servicer defaults on its duties, ACFI will perform an independent analysis of the monthly portfolio loan tape and obtain regular updates regarding the workout status of all delinquent loans.
